We only work with translators who translate into their native language, and we only place them on content within their subject area. That means legal contracts go to translators with legal backgrounds, technical manuals go to engineers who became linguists, and medical documents go to translators with clinical or pharmaceutical training. A generalist who is proficient in the language but not the field is not a good fit for specialist content, and we do not pretend otherwise.
A dedicated project manager selects the right translator for your language pair, subject area, and document type, then coordinates delivery. For longer or more complex projects, a second specialist from the same field reviews the output before it reaches you. If you have worked with us before, we assign the same translator wherever possible so your terminology stays consistent across projects.
