For Brazilian clients using ABNT-mandated documentation formats we work either through your TMS hooks or with a one-time roundtrip export. Existing TMX and TBX glossary assets are integrated to reduce cost and maintain consistency with previous releases.

Yes. Every translator signs an NDA before receiving project files. For sensitive material such as patents under preparation, unreleased product specifications, or proprietary agricultural or energy technology, we apply additional safeguards: project compartmentalisation, no machine translation engines, encrypted transfer only, and an audit trail of document access. Multi-year NDAs and your standard supplier code of conduct are accepted on request.
